This is a 1-hour consult where I get to know YOU! We will spend the majority of the call on
your nutrition history and spend some time setting actionable and achievable goals for your
health and wellness journey. The goals will be an excellent guide for us on any follow-up
consultations we have together! *Please complete and submit the SEL New Client Intake Form at
least 1 week before our Initial Consult. This will allow us to have a more impactful first
session. *The Initial Consult is required before you book any other counseling packages.

Bookings close 1 day before the session starts.

No refund if this is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

*2 hours - 1 hour Initial Consult Required

THREE 45-minute sessions with me. *Remember: You cannot book the counseling packages
until you have completed an Initial consultation. *Book the 1st of 3 sessions yourself, then we
will schedule the next 2 with you on the call!
