This is a 1 hour consult where I get to know YOU! We will spend the majority of the call on
your nutrition history and spend some times setting actionable and achievable goals for your
health and wellness journey. The goals will be a great guide for us on any follow-up
consultations we have together! *Please fill out and submit the SEL New Client Intake Form at
least 1 week before our Initial Consult. This will allow for us to have a more impactful first
session. *The Initial Consult is a requirement before you book any other counseling packages.

THREE 45-minute sessions with me. *Remember: You cannot book the counseling packages
until you have completed an Initial Consult. *Book the 1st of 3 sessions yourself, then Veronica
will schedule the next 2 with you on the call!
